Get Cooking - 8 Can Vegetable Soup



Today in the kitchen I will be making Easy 8 Can Vegetable Soup.

RECIPE:

Ingredients:
1 Can Del Monte Green Beans. (Do Not Substitute)
1 Can Del Monte Sliced or Diced Potatoes. (Do Not Substitute)
1 Can Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn. (Do Not Substitute)
1 Can Del Monte Sliced Carrots (Do Not Substitute)
1 Can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes (Do Not Substitute)
1 Can Hormel Chili with Beans (Do Not Substitute)
1 Can Hormel Chili without Beans (Do Not Substitute)
1 Can Campbell’s Old Fashioned Vegetable Soup (Do Not Substitute)
1 Envelope McCormick’s Original Taco Seasoning

Directions:

1.) Open All 8 Cans (DO NOT DRAIN)

2.) Empty All 8 Cans into a Large Stock Pot

3.) Add Entire Envelope of Taco Seasoning to Stock Pot

4.) Stir until All ingredients are Mixed Well

5.) Cook on Medium/Hi Heat, Stirring occasionally, Until Soup is Well Heated all the way through.

6.) Remove from Heat and Serve

Get Cooking - Easy Meatloaf Plus



Today in the kitchen I will be making a quick and easy Meatloaf, plus a couple other surprises too.

RECIPE:

Ingredients:

1 Package Stove Top Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix (Dry)
1 Package Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix (Both Envelopes)
1 Cup Warm Water
2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
2 eggs (slightly beaten)

Directions:

1.) Preheat oven 350 degrees

2.) Coat inside of bundt pan with cooking spray.

3.) Place dry stuffing mix, onion soup mix and warm water in a bowl.

4.) Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes to allow bread time to absorb water.

5.) Add ground beef and eggs.

6.) Mix well. Best to get it blended by using your hands and incorporating it all together.

7.) Place evenly into bundt pan.

8.) Bake 1 hour or until no longer pink inside.

9.) Remove and allow to rest 5 minutes before cutting

**You can also put into muffin tins to make individual loafs**
